Salt Water as Fuel? Is it too good to be true...

If the energy released greatly exceeds the radio-frequency generator energy needed to maintain the reaction, then the world is in for a big change here. Read this to understand how the discovery of turning salt water into fuel took place.

I'd like to understand what the energy input to output ratio is here. By the sounds of the experiments it is far from one-to-one. From the description the heat energy released sounds more like 1,000 to 10,000 times the RF energy catalyst.

It all sounds too good to be true.
